Return Policy

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on caps, hats, shorts, crop tops, tank tops, and stationery items (such as stickers).

Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Photo Verification: All returned products are subject to photo and video verification upon receipt at our warehouse. Our Quality Check (QC) team will document the condition of the returned item during the inspection process.

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, spoiled, have missing tags, or do not match the originally shipped product (unless they arrived damaged).

Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and photos through the website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist you.


Return Charges & Refunds

Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.

(For example, if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be made for the entire order, not per item.)

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD & Prepaid orders.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment after the returned product successfully passes our Quality Check (QC) and verification process.


Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 will be applied on COD orders.

Premium Collection: The same policies apply to our premium collection as well.

Product Availability: If any availability issues arise with the requested product, the product amount along with GST will be refunded to the original source of payment.


Return & Exchange Process

Initiation: Return or exchange requests can be initiated through the website.

Approval: The process will be initiated only after the Customer Experience Team accepts your request, typically within 48 hours of submission.

Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickups will be arranged only after confirmation from the Customer Experience Team.

Packaging: Please ensure the items are packaged exactly as delivered, including all original tags and packaging materials.

Quality Check & Verification: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a detailed Quality Check (QC). Our team will capture photographs and videos while opening and inspecting the package. These records will serve as the final reference for assessing the condition of the returned product.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment only after successful completion of the Quality Check and verification process.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
